Description

PVC-coated fabrics designed for digital printing in a wide range of widths (up to 5m), grammages, and surface areas.

Category of fabrics based on their manufacturing method:

Laminated fabrics – are created by hot-laminating polyester fibers with PVC foil on both sides. Designed for short-term applications, they are easy to process and heat-seal. Due to the use of a knitted base material, they are recommended for prints ranging from a few to several dozen square meters.

Coated fabrics – a liquid PVC paste is poured onto a previously woven polyester mesh. A knife (knife coating) or a roller (calender coating) ensures even distribution of the PVC. They are recommended for medium- and long-term applications. Coated fabrics, being significantly stronger, are suitable for larger installations ranging from several to several hundred square meters. In the case of meshes, individual installations of several thousand square meters are encountered.
